Hi Everyone,

I am thinking of buying one of the Sapphire AMD Radeon R9 295 X2 that is on offer for £500.

I have a Custom water loop has anyone/does anyone know if it is possible to just cut off the supplied radiator and plumb it into a custom loop. Or will the software/firmware think something is up as it cant see the fan and keep the clocks low for safety.

Thanks

The clocks will work just fine. I have a full cover waterblock and the clocks work fine.
But I dont see the point in doing this.
The tubing is small, your flow will suffer, your vrm will still be aircooled, your warranty will be lost.

Yeh this sounds like a strange thing to do. I'd just do it properly and buy a block and get it plumbed in for full water goodness.
