Do the games on the AMD rewards site change often.

I got a code with my card i ordered form ocuk just over a week ago which let you pick 4 games.

the games listed ive played all (on ps3) apart from thief 4.


Is it worth holding onto the code and waiting,
 
As far as what i've read on other and AMD's own forums i think thats pretty much it for the never settel promotion for the time being , the last edition to the line up was Thief and that was back in december.
