AMD RX 7800 XT GPU problems

I bought SAPPHIRE NITRO+ AMD Radeon™ RX 7800 XT Gaming Graphics Card with 16GB GDDR6​

My first card from amd.

Even though I have the latest driver installed, the crash error window frequently appears and asks me if I should report it.
I have reported it several times, but the same thing keeps happening...

All AMD video cards are equally bad, is there something wrong with my card or do I need to make a setting?

In what context does this happen? E.g. what programs are you running? When does the crash happen?

Are you using a fresh Windows install, or did you previously have a different graphics card installed?

What monitoring software do you have installed? If you have something like afterburner that is left over from a previous installation, I'd recommend you uninstall it.


I own AMD/ATI cards for years and I could count the number of driver crashes on one hand.

Most of the time it happens when I use a video editing program like CapCut. But sometimes this error appears when the computer is on but I'm not using any programs

I previously had an Nvidia card installed and until I got the new video card, I also used the onboard one for a few weeks.
