You are probably capped at the 120w limit, if you increase the power limit settings and set to motherboard or manually enter values then you should have more headroom.

There should be a setting that becomes available when you enable PBO that says PBO limits, if you set it to motherboard then that should increase the power limits, there is also a setting called scaler that will increase voltage above spec to try and maintain higher boost clocks, 1-10 though I probably wouldn’t go to high on that, I just leave mine on 1.

I’ll try the same test tomorrow to see how mine runs. 30 min Aida64 stress test is all you’re doing right? And monitoring core clock in HWInfo?
Might just be at the limit then, if I recall AIDA uses AVX 512 so it’s one of the heavier tests, what clocks are you seeing in cinebench?
Funnily enough, I can't get Cinebench R23 to run. I've been trying to figure out if somethings stopping it or a conflict with another app but not sussed it yet.
Will Cinebench R24 run? I've not bothered with R23 for the past few years as a benchmarking tool unless I'm trying to compare to an older run I'd done before for a comparison point.
