VDD/VDDQ Voltage?

overclocked to 8000 or is it an 8000 rated ram stick? I managed to get https://www.gskill.com/product/165/390/1723430443/F5-8000J3848H16GX2-TZ5NR running on it fine with just expo profile enabled and nothing else. But the board was overkill for me so I returned and swapped it for an msi tomahawk.

Ram is rated at 8200 @1,45v, I’d set 1.55v and relaxed all the timings.

Does the 9800X3D has a Dual 3D Cache Die?

Nope the 9800x3d has I ccx (die) there is no latency penalty with said CPU hence it's a monster in games and does ok in synthetic tests for a 8 core.

I’ve reverted back to my 6200/26 setup now and have begun the process of dropping voltages, I’ll revisit 8000 when ASUS sorts their bios out.

Some further tuning on a different sample. It has weaker IMC (6600 1:1 is not possible), but the cores are a bit stronger and it does 2233Mhz FCLK.
