Does the 9800x3d need any tweaks to get it to boost to max frequency?
For example with my 5800x3d I applied an easy -15 negative on the co to get it to boost to max all core frequency.
Does the 9800x3d need the same thing?
I just want a simple noob friendly overclock to get the most from the chip.
