Any X670E even from ASRock is fine, Most of the reports all seem to be of ASRocks X870E Nova.

From what I'm reading actual boards making the 9800X3D get a little burn mark seem to be quite rare and mostly user error.

What appears to be happening with most of ASRocks 800 series boards, Mostly the Nova, Seems to be the board not supplying the chip with enough power so there is no post but the hardware itself is fine when tested independent of eachother.

I want to avoid asrock for now, where i am its dificult to find E670E

I hear good things of the Gigabyte 670/870 boards.
