Personally I've always disliked Asrock as they require you to update bioses in specific order which I felt was always odd when every on else allows you just to download any future bios and flash it.

I don't think that's been a thing for a while, Now they say just to update to the latest.

I went straight from 2.10 to 3.18 and there were 9 bios updates between them.

Yeah most of the issues seem to be with ASRocks 800 series boards, The Nova is the one with the most issues.

It's likely the boards putting way too much current into places they shouldn't, Glad I stayed with my X670E board, Touch wood it's been rock solid.
