Goodbye to my Intel i7 2700k as I got new motherboard Asus Tuf Gaming B550 Plus with Samsung Evo Plus NVMe with 16GB 3600MHz memory ram with AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 4750G. Massive huge performance with 8 cores 16 threads and Radeon Graphic 8 are fine for watching Netflix , You Tube, NowTV, BBCi Player as I don't play game at all.

Using both Windows 10 Pro and Linux Mint 20 Cinnamon.

I was planning on sourcing one of these for an ITX build to serve as a NAS, media server and 1080p gaming PC.

the damn CPU is just so hard to find lol

Yes the CPU are not sold to customers say AMD, it have to be part of prebuilt pc or bundles only. I just brought the bundles but I can't give the url link because of overclockers forum rules.

I know where you got it. :).

it’s just the bundles aren’t very attractive and meaning I will take a hit on motherboard.

also there seem to be a chronic supply issue with these APUs.

I am sure some will appear on auction with reasonable price at some point.

Apology my memory isn't 3600MHz it 3200MHz all set to Auto with vram voltage at 1.350v as it will not boot up on D.O.C.P with timing CL16 as I have to leave as CL22

I have some really high memory 4600 kit 4800 kit I wanted to play with the 4750g with the memory, apparently it loves high memory

the CPU can be found for cheapish as a part pre built

I think the 5800g is releasing soon, I hope they upgrade the GPU

I was going to buy this for the asrock mini then I was going to put it in a tomahawk b550, I decided in the end not to go down that route

nice CPU

Me and a friend are after these for emulation but they are not easy to come by unless you buy a prebuild. That said ETA prime did a review of a HP unit that looked great and would come out to about £450, pretty expensive as you can buy a cheap B550 board, CPU, 16Gb 3200/3600, case, PSU and SSD for about £100 cheaper but not as small and not available yet in the UK.
