AMD Semperon SSE3?

Decided I could do with an update... and having looked on the AMD website it states that some semperons have both SSE2 and 3, which I could really do with... Looking for the cheapest option of getting this given my current setup of 2000xp athlon, nforce2 mobo, 2x256mb ram....

Which I'm guessing would be Semperon 64 + some mobo... but dont know which have SSE2 or SSE3???
