AMD Ships “Formula 1” Phenom II

so, what they're saying is it is basicly for really high clocking and benching but thats about it as the chip could not be kept at high speeds for a long time. its a great idea and such but if all it was really designed for was benchmarking i dont really see the point, if however the chip runs cooler seems its designed to run fast that that will be very good, but i do not see this being the case somehow.
 
The way I see it is they will overclock better than the normal chips even with highend air/water cooling as well as 8ghz on LN.

Chances of anybody getting hold of one for general use is slim though.
