AMD Silent Low Profile Cooler..

I need to get a new CPU cooler for my HTPC, but it has a very low height low profile.. So wanted to get some recommendations for a new cooler.

• Needs to be as quiet as possible
• Socket AM3 Phenom X4 9750

It will be pretty muh running 24/7 so needs to be as reliable as possible, but itsnt likely to be stressed that much.

Back in the day I had an Arctic Cooling Alpine, quite low profile and really quiet. Cheap as chips too

Did see this Sythe and looked pretty nice.. only couldnt find stats on dB ?

I currently has a standard AMD heatsink from an old AM2 Dual core Athlon 64 i had. But its not very big.. and only just fits.

Honestly anything is quieter than the stock cooler. But the Sythe *should* just about fit googling at more pictures of the case.

If you find it too loud, then maybe try source another low profile fan.
