Hi there, after clearing out my cupboard I found an old AMD system, it has a socket A 462pin A1000AMT3B CPU and a Gigabyte GA-7IXE4 mobo.
I got it all wired up and it boots fine however there was no CPU heatsink lying in the cupboard and after searching around it seems the stock AMD fans for the heatsink were like aircraft engines so basically can anyone remember what the best(efficient and quite) CPU cooler was for this chip and where I could get one?

I actually was searching the cupboard for a sound card and found another AMD CPU lol this time its an a1400amsc3 I read up on the chip and according to many it ran a 'tad' hot. It would explain the blackness around the heatsink and cpu
