amd Software Performance voltage issue

voltage figures im putting in, are not be acted apon, ive tried with manual and mem tweaker, but its doing what it wants, i tried after burner, but only allows core voltage change. is there another way i can force the voltage change, or is there an issue with the software, dont see point of offering voltage change when it ignores you inputs.

atm i have to activate memtweaker, then bring core voltage down with afterburner

I get that quite often. I ha e no idea what affects it but sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. My memory overclock will sometimes apply same as voltage.
