AMD to Intel - Upgrade

Thinking of upgrading to intel because my old gal Phenom II 955 isn't cutting it anymore. Due to work I'm going to be doing more rendering and video editing and I'm looking at a new cpu because I believe that's the next upgrade I need to get a bit more oomf. I do game quite a bit also

I don't know which to choose from:

i7-6700k
i7-4790k
i7-5820k

I'm extremely indecisive and need a final piece of guidance to help make my decision.


Any help appreciated!

for video editing and rendering you would be better off with the 5820K as this has 6 cores and 12 threads where the other two only have 4 cores and 8 threads but this depends on your budget really
