AMD upgrade time

OK i have been waiting for bulldozers and now am bored and i would probable never use it to it potential so al go for a phenom upgrade.

night now am running...

MSI 870-C45 motherboard.
Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB)
AMD Phenom II X2 560
Nvidia GTX 260

i will be upgrading all parts over the next 2 months, i am not a massive gamer but would like a cpu that is a balance of - gaming power / general day to day use / bang for buck.

i have not been hearing good things about the new Llano chips witch is way i am thinking stick to phenom what your views?

Has the OP tried unlocking their Phenom II X2??

yes it was running as a tri core but very unstable.

what are the Llano chips like they look cheap
also the 1055t looks good for £113
