That's a very good build that stinger recommended on your budget, you can swap that 6850 out for a better graphics card and be fine

I'm an AMD user. I'm never buying AMD again. They're not "bad" at the moment, just none of their CPUs are "good".

Every Intel chip at the moment is stonker when you think about it! The i3-2120 is ridiculously good for the money. Bought one for my Dad recently, and was shocked. It's a lot faster than my 965BE!
