AMD VSR Performance hit vs Real Monitor res?

Is there a performance hit from using VSR instead of using a monitor that can actually render that resolution?

Basically I want to take part in some benchmarks on here, but am limited by my 1650 * 1050 monitor, and don't really want to have Kaap add extra sections just for me. I want a valid result so want to know if VSR is will actually handicap my scores vs a real monitor at that resolution?

EDIT: Actually a second benchy question, I normally set my Texture quality to default to "High Quality" in catalyst, is this what people are benching with, or are they using standard quality?

Unfortunately I can not use VSR scores as it is not quite the same as using the actual resolution.

There are some benchmarks you can run though and the screen size does not matter. Firestrike Ultra 4K will run on any PC providing the GPU is up to it. I am not sure about Firestrike standard and extreme but it is worth giving them a go too as they may work in the same way as Ultra does.

3dmark11 will definitely run as it is a 720p benchmark and Vantage should also run.
