AMD X2 3600 Vs. Intel E1200

Anyone got any idea how an AMD X2 3600+ @2.00Ghz performs compared to an Intel E1200 @ 1.60Ghz? Both are budget, but the AMD is £10 cheaper (only £25). This is for an HTPC budget system, if possible might do a little OCing.
Not really going to be used for gaming. only internet, listening to music, burning DVD/CDs, watching films, word processing.
