AMD x2 question

[Usual Suspect]

Simple quick question. If your only interest for performance is games.. is it really worth getting a x2 or would ppl just rec getting a amd64 4000. Dont really want to shell out £400 for a processor thats the same speed as a 4000 for games.

Can anyone point me out a review of the X2's that has been done in the last couple of months rather than when they just first came out. Want to see if the muti cpu support has made any difference to all these reviewers stats.

Any reviews?? would a x2 4400 out perform a 4000 in a game with muti gpu support? what i mean is is it worth twice the money.
