Looking at replacement boards now. Did you go for the cheap Asrock by any chance? Looks like a winner so far with the Forums (bearing in mind only read first page of that massive thread) and its cheap as chips!underclocker said:Sorry I can not help, but the same happened to me so I'd be interested to find out how you get on.
I could not be bothered to fiddle around so got a new mobo and will save the Neo for when I have some spare time.
OC_A64 said:Should be able to get a new bios chip sent to you mate. http://www.badflash.com should be able to sort you one out.
Otherwise should just be a case of hotflashing your bios chip on another mobo.
Sorry mate, forgot to add that I bought this 4800x2 with the new mobo to replace me neo2. Got the Asrock AGP/PCIE board and the speed/temp above is with it.split said:Look here for how to OC the Neo2.
Think a lot moved on to Nforce4 boards tho, so clocking your chip may not be that well covered![]()

Ive tried resetting CMOS and taking the battery out for 30 mins and it still wont do a thing.
I havnt got a clue what else I can do, the update applied ok. Ran it from an MSDOS disk I made.
