Hi,

Next week when my motherboard & memory arrvie i'll be installing a brand new 955BE CPU. once i have installed this do i've read that i should run some programs first to seal the thermal paste. At the moment i'm using the stock cooler so is this really required?
 
no, just use the computer as you normally would, most thermal paste needs a little time to get working properly but you wont speed it up by stressing the machine ;)
