AMD X64 DUAL CORE 5200+ A good choce?

I have a AMD x64 dual core 4000+ and would like to know if an upgrade to a 5200+ is a good idear,there is one that is the same socket and watts(AM2 and 65w)I think.They seem to be suited
what would be a safe overclock on a 5200+?are they o.k.?
 
Tbh i would go for the 5000 Black edition as if you are looking to overclock it has an unlocked multiplier so will give you more headroom.
There is a thread on here if u do a search of a 5000 up to 3.4GHz.
