AMD64 X2 4600+,4800+ OR INTEL e6300, e6400???

Hi

Am looking to upgrade my pc to dual core. I've been looking at the AMD64 X2 4600+ & the 4800+, & also the Intel E6300 & E6400. I'm not a gamer or an overclocker! I just use my pc to surf the net. Can anybody therefore pick out the better CPU from these please? Can you tell me why?

Would you say then that an AMD64 X2 3800+ or 4200+ will be sufficient enough? or should I stick to one of the one's mentioned before?

its a dinosaur! still running on 32 bit with athlon xp barton!! (1.6ghz)

i can buy a amd64 x2 3800+ for less than a core2duo?? I only use the pc for net surfing...no gaming or overclocking involved. What you think?

think i will go with the amd x2 3800+, seems that will be sufficient for what i need it for (& cheap)!! Thanks for the help everyone!!

Is the asus m2n-e mobo a good one to get with this cpu then, bearing in mind I'm not an overclocker??
