Heya,

Dont suppose anyone has any knowledge on this flashing tool by any chance?

Trying to run it for an older HD 6900 series card on my LGA 775 setup running Windows 7.

When i run the utility/app i get the error

"The Procedure entry point D3DKMTMakeResident could not be located in the dynamic link library GDI32.dll."

Then the app just closes when you click "OK"

I cannot seem to find any solution to this on google!

Appreciate any help. :)

I'd try an older version of the software - that sounds like something is missing in the older version of GDI32.dll that Windows 7 uses.

You may need to run the app from an elevated command prompt rather than using file explorer.
I would copy the flashing tool files to a folder on the root of your C:\ drive ( i.e. C:\GPU ) so you can easily navigate to it.
Open an elevated command prompt and type CD GPU to change the working directory to the one you called GPU.
Then type the name of the bios flashing tool including the .exe extension and hit enter to run it.
Some bios flashing tools need you to also specify switches as part of the command i.e. to unlock the BIOS before updating or specify whether you want to update or copy the bios and the file you want to write from / copy to but you should be able to google this.
Hope that helps get you a bit further forward.
