The first episode is out, called "Dollhouse". It's very good and I'd say one of the best we've had for some time

I didnt even know they did another show from some of the same people. The original AHS was pretty hit or miss. I will probably give this a go as i am a little dry for things to watch at the mo.

I've been stuck on the Hotel one for a year now. It's dire and i'm struggling to get through it, although GaGa is very hot!

The last one was bizarre, with it being split into 2 stories. (That being the AHS original show)

I've only watched 1 or 2 of the new creation. I quite like the single story per episode template. Makes it easy to dip in and out of, and i liked it being set back in the original house.

I cant remember if i have seen the last season of AHS. I deffo watched Roanoke and then i think there was one where they were in the bunker/vault.

Ah i remember now, the last ones i watched was AHS 1984. Had a bit of a thing for Billie Lourd in Spandex.. lol! It looks like i have missed season 10.

Watched the first few episodes and boy is it terrible.

Well watched it all and, yep it was pretty terrible. The only one i enjoyed was the one in the National Park, mainly as i had been listening to some podcasts recently about stories, disappearances, sightings etc. The first episode of the new season seemed better.

I am not sure if they are trying to be a modern day Hammer House of Horror but they are seriously missing the mark.

Was the National Park one the 1984 one? It seemed to pick up after a few ropey seasons after the Coven, but the last one was just poor.

No, the 9th season of American Horror Story was called American Horror Story 1984. In the first season of American Horror Stories (Sort of new show, based on the original but more of an anthology type series rather than a whole series arc) there is an episode set in a National Park.
