Only one goal matters: survival. Taylor Kitsch and Betty Gilpin star in American Primeval, a gripping new limited series from director Peter Berg. Coming Jan. 9, only on Netflix.
Really impressed that Netflix has put out a series without all the usual woke diversity BS - a cracking start to 2025! The cast is brilliant, loads of familiar faces who are perfect for their roles. It’s spot-on for the time period, with loads of attention to the little details, and the setting in each episode creates just the right atmosphere. I hope we're past meeting the woke bs diversity quota and will see more quality tv series!
Grim, very grim, with an extra helping of grim just in case it wasnt grim enough. Very brutal, graphic violence through out and not the sort of thing to get too attached to the idea of the characters living happily ever after......
Great story, actors, setting etc etc and zero forced diversity stuff as an added and unexpected bonus.
As said above - not sure how this got onto Netflix. but very glad it did.
Finished this in one sitting, bloody good show, probably one of the best things Netflix has pumped out in a long time!
i cant see the Mormon church being to pleased with this
Watched E1 last night, went from 0-100 quite fast lol, very good 1st episode, does the quality stay the same?
Also, if you haven't seen Godless which is also on Netflix then I can recommend, also very good.
