AmiDuos - BT customer DNS problems

I just installed Amiduos on a linx1010 and it looks and works great, BUT I cannot access the internet on it; the WiFi says "connected" but when I try and access a website outside of my network using the browser, I get a BT customer alert page saying that a DNS outside of BTs is being accessed (or something) and it won't let it happen. I have turned off BT protection controls with my BT account, but still no good.

Has anyone else had this problem and solved it?

In the interface configuration check its not pointing to some where silly?

I don't seem to see many options in the amiduos config program, other than a check box for simulate network (or something) which is ticked by default to get the WiFi working

Jellybean version works fine - its just the lollypop. Hmmm
