Amilo A1630 Laptop Sound Problem

Hi hi,

I have a problem with my Amilo A1630 Laptop.

My sound occainsionaly distorts, comparable to a dodgy headphone connection on a walkman or a badly tuned radio.

The distorts come out if I am using the headphone of the laptop speakers. I've tried various different drivers to no avail. Any one got any ideas?

Fujitsu, if this is correct give me till tomorrow il check the FAQ's at work as i work and do work for Fujistu etc all the crap pcw sells.

Il take alook in the database tomorrow and post whatever crap i can pick up.

does the music distport playing from the cd drive at all, or is it mp3?#

if its cd, check in device manager on your ide channels and see iof the transfermode is UDMA

its just any sound. msn, mp3, movies. etc. etc.

Nothing here mate, i dont even have a write up of that modem, closet i have is the 1640

But still nothing with regards to the problem, maybe dust in the audio socket?
