i tried your advice and downloaded the demo of steam. completly shut of all lights in my place and switched over to my headphones.

im not gonna lie. i couldnt even play the demo for more than 5 mins.

Very good game, and well worth the money.

Bought this a few weeks ago, It's a really good game IMO. I love the way you have no weapons and if you get into confrontation with something you have to run like buggery and hide somewhere.

It's also the first horror game that's made me jump out of my skin; after getting chased I hide in a room, close the door quietly, wait 10 seconds and go up against the door to listen if I could hear footsteps, and BAM the creature starts smashing the door in. Surround sound headphones on high volume for the lose.

Oh and the water levels made me scream like a little girl.

I've only reached the first water encounter so far. Haven't panicked so much playing a game in a LONG time!

Clive Barker's Undying was one of the scariest games I ever played

Brilliant news on the mods etc..

I bought this when it came out, it's really good. I was surprised how "into" it I got. I don't normally get that absorbed by games these days, but great atmospheric game.

I still haven't completed yet so looking forward to whats coming.
