Any one else feeling sick while playing? Ive only got to the second room and had to turn off the demo. I dunno if its my pc or not but it feels VERY sluggish and has given m e really bad motion sickness lol Ive only ever got this once before (aliens on the ps1) Also fps was around 20 in some areas on high settings :( guess this compuuter is getting old for running games at high... (ssao on 16)

Turn off Radial Blur and Trail , i think it's those two options!

p.s With those off i got about 2hrs in then felt sick and had to stop lol

I've just started playing this game but after just 3 or so minutes I start feeling really ill with motion sickness. I've disabled as much as I can via the in-game options as well as the .cfg files but can't get the camera bob effect to stop.

The last game I experienced motion sickness on was the very first CoD. It's really debilitating, as I'm sat typing this the screen is still swaying from side to side and I feel as if I may actually be sick. It's weird because I don't experience motion sickness in any other activity, only playing the occasional FPS.

Has anyone got any fixes/suggestions?

It's not mouse movement thats doing it, it's the camera sway from side to side, even when I'm stood still.

The Amnesia/Penumbra games do this, it zooms in and out slightly when your character sees scary things too.
And the screen distorts in the dark.

No suggestions sorry, I think it's an intentional part of the game..

I thought the game was slightly zooming in and out funniily enough, which is probably not helping things.

Ah well thats a shame as it looks like a really great game. :(

Yet another game sat in my Steam list I'll never play :p

Yeah made me feel sick. It is the shaky , tilted view and the lurching way you walk around.

I still played it for about 3hrs though!

I have to say, I have not found it particularly scary yet.
And yea I was playing it in a dark room with headphones!

I like the atmosphere though, and the lovecraft esque story.

I felt sick for the first 1 minute then either I adjusted or my character's drowsiness wore off. Either way, one could argue that you're meant to feel sick, although it's a level of immersion I'm not sure I want.
