Amp / DAC required?

Is anyone please able to advise me if I will need an amp/dac to get the most out of headphones if listening to spotify via my pc or is the mobo on-board audio good enough? My motherboard is an MSI Z97 Gaming 7 and the headphones I am considering buying are the Momentum 2.0 over-ear wired.

I was going to buy the headphones and try them first, I was just concerned whether or not I need to start planning to save for an amp, but it looks like I won't which is a nice bonus
