Amp for headphones and speakers (from pc)

So looking to get some 2.0 bookshelf speakers and have a pair of headphones

What I'm not sure on is the amp. I'm only familiar with av receivers so no idea what to look for.

This isn't going to be high end gear

Headphones : denon d2000
Speakers: something like mission lx1 or mordant m10 (or similar )

Any suggestions?

I'm hoping I can have speakers wired in but if I want to use headphones just plug them in and it diverts
 
Yeah I guess I thought you could get a small version of an av receiver that could do the job.

Active makes it a heck of a lot more difficult. May just pic up a cheap av receiver!

Budget is 150 (used)
