Amp saying Dolby Atmos- Dolby digital plus- it this right?

Hi,
When I was watching Wonder woman blu-ray my Sony STRDH790 amp is diplaying audio format Dolby Atmos- dolby digital plus- is this right?

The amp is connected to an xbox one x. I Downloaded the atmos program for the xbox one.

Atmos can be encoded into a lossless Dolby True HD audio signal, or in to a lossy Dolby Digital Plus signal.

I don't know about the way X Box One X works with the sources that include Atmos, but if you were watching a UHD 4K program with Atmos from Sky Q, then Atmos DD+ would be exactly how I'd expect the amp to react to their signal.

If you are using a capable AVR (you are) with the Xbox, you may want to have the AVR decode the audio itself when playing discs.

In the Disc and Blu-ray settings (https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-one/console/disc-blu-ray-settings) select 'Let my receiver decode audio'. The Xbox will then pass the audio to the AVR to decode rather than do it itself.
