Amp & Speaker recommendation

Good day all,

I’m a complete novice when it comes to amps and speakers.

I’m looking to buy some for TV & music with a max around £600.00

Room won’t be tiny but not enormous and preferably nothing too large that takes over the room.

So what would you recommend guys?

or would it be better to go for a completely different type of system at this budget?

I would save some money on the above and buy a denon x1600h, have more money leftover for speakers

You looking for just stereo or possibly surround in the future?, do you want to be able to stream music to from your phone? Do you use Spotify or any of the main music streaming services?, CD?, Vinyl?

If you can stretch your budget to 800 odd, have a look at The Fives by Klipsch.

I was in your exact position looking for a set of compact speakers that look and sound great.

These are active speakers so no additional amp required, and they have loads of inputs incl. Bluetooth 5 with Aptx HD.
