Amplifier for under £150

Just thought I'd see what views were out there, I'm looking to replace a failing amp hooked up to a pair of Technics SB-X100 speakers, ideally not spending more than 150. Three names keep cropping up

Cambridge Audio Topaz AM1 £79
Devon PMA520E £140
Marantz 5005 £165

Any views on the above or other suggestions?

I got the last A100 in my local RS today, really pleased with it thanks . I've already got a Logitech receiver so that's BT taken care of!
