Amsterdam

Basically my girlfriend and i were planning on going away over easter as we have the friday and monday off work. We were planning on going somewhere a bit romantic but her mate has asked if we want to go to amsterdam.

Whats it like for a holiday destination, im not into my sleezy places so if its like that id rather not go. Its just my girlfriends mate is such a party animal and only after one thing if you know what i mean.

Just want to know what you guys think of the place.

Is your gf's mate male/female? and asking if you want to go with them?

Shes female i think she is going with other people so it would be more of a group thing.

Neither of us do drugs or smoking of any kind, and i really really hate sleezy night out and dodgy looking woman on street corners.

But saying that i havnt been and i am very open to any thing i just dont want to spend my hard earned on a long weekend away that really wouldnt appeal to me.
