Went to the Co-op tonight and purchased 2 bottles of wine and 2 loaves of bread

At the checkout, the cashier says “You gonna get drunk* and feed the ducks?”

I was momentarily taken aback by the audacity of the comment, but did snicker at it

Anyone got any similar tales from cheeky chappie checkout guys/gals?

*Actually sounded more like “missed”

Thought this was going to be one of those lame jokes we've seen over the past couple days

Nah. I’m not Feek or mrk etc, or I may be a duplicate account

I was on a forum n someone who purchased a pipe n slippers went home to sit in a chair and talk to people online - they told me a story but I was so drunk I forgot so I went to feed the ducks.

Cruel. Ducks don’t eat pipes or slippers
