Sometimes I skim read the gist of these things, most of the time they are swallowed into a pit hole of spam, but this one particularly struck my funny bone and had me in tears. It's comedy gold, enjoy:

Here writes Lady Rosemary Ortega, suffering from cancerous ailment. I used to be married to Sir Johnson Ortega from Mexico by birth and from Canada by Nationalization, My late husband was into drug peddling previously and this business made us to quarrel and later separated because of my believed in the doctrine God Jehovah.
After three years of divorce we later settled our differences when he suddenly stop the illicit business and invested his money into oil drilling contract,
this new business of him made us to relocate to Central London where he was operating his new business until his sudden in May 17 2012 as a result of domestic accident he had while coming out from our bathroom after taking his shower.
His sudden death was a very big shock for me which resulted in influenced my blood pressure to unprecedented level which resulted in stroke attack including the cancer of the breast which I have being managing before this incident.
Therefore I was admitted in the hospital for over a year and some months now, suddenly my condition became worse and my doctor informed sister Lizzy Tailor my personal assistance in the hospital that i have only few weeks to die, Miss Lizzy could not hid it from me after i discovered that she is crying day and night which arouse my curiosity, as a child of God she disclosed what the doctor told her about me and ever since one week that informed Miss Lizzy account my health conditions my health condition is nothing to write hope about, I could be able to write this email to you through the aid of Miss Lizzy
Meanwhile our life together as husband and wife lasted for two decades without child, after the death of my husband I made a vow to uplift the down-trodden and the less-privileged individuals in the society since I have no interest or joy to enjoy a drug money as a firm believer in the word of God.
When my late husband was alive he deposited the sum of eleven Million dollars (US$11,000,000.00) with a bank here in UK which he derived from his illicit drug business and later turning into oil business with my name as his next of kin but because of my confinement here in my sick bed i have not normalized the account with the bank, therefore the funds are still with the bank.
Now my Doctor has told me officially that I have limited days to live due to the cancerous problems I am suffering from including the stroke attack, though what bothers me most is the stroke that I have in addition to the cancer. I am not afraid of death hence I know where I am going. I do not need any telephone communication in this regard due to my deteriorating health and because of the presence of my husband relatives around me. I do not want them to know about this development.
