An Acceptable GPU Below £25?

Hi there, basically my 560Ti in my Core i5 2500k system has buggered up, and I am wondering if anyone could point me to an acceptable and very cheap tempoary alternative? I am currently looking at

Which seems too cheap to be much good, but is it more powerful than the onboard graphics of my Core i5?

Yes it should be, plus it wil take the strain off your cpu anyway
alternatively for a little more you could get this which would still allow you to game and when you get your 560 back up you could use the 9800 as a physx card, just an idea

If you want to just be able to use the PC then use the onboard GPU if you have the appropriate output on the motherboard.

I am prepared to make do without gaming, but I would quite like to be able to play pcsx2 at 1440-900 (my monitors native) with out it being bottlenecked by the onboard GPU, which it is being. Plus even at that resolution on the intel graphics things just look so much worse =/
