Just watched this documentary. It is basically a recorded version of a lecture Al Gore has been touring for the past few years to do with Global Warming. It's only being shown in selected cinemas, a list of which you can get here Well worth a watch if it's in a cinema near you.

Al Gore has always been a boring ****, but he has always promoted what people wanted, I will be looking for this.

He is actually quite humourous in this, although i imagine it is probably scripted to make him appeal to the younger generation, nevertheless he executes the quips well. It's funny, because after watching it i noticed an article in the Daily Mail regarding Greenland and the rate at which it is melting, which is one of the examples Al Gore uses to highlight the effects of Global Warming.

I saw this on Sunday, very impressive. I think it's the best 'presentation' I've ever seen - the guy really knows how to talk and present data, concepts, relationships. High production budget.

I'm half way through The Science and Politics of Global Climate Change: A Guide to the Debate (Amazon) at the moment. It's almost the book of the film. The same ideas just fleshed out more. The situation is just so blindly clear... one wonders why more people don't 'get it'.
