An Outlook express wab file problem

I have exported a wab file full of contacts and folders.

this is what it look like:



however when i import it to the new PC, it doesnt have the folder structure as seen below:



Can anyone explain how to get the folder structure, I know i could manualy creat them however my customer doesnt want to.

This might sound stupid but what do you get if you click the + next to Main Identity's contacts?

Best thing to do is normally double click the wab and go to File -> Export -> Other address book and save it as a comma seperated values .csv. You can then import this back in and it should pick up the settings it had before.

Or just import the original .wab directly into Outlook Express. No need to export it at all.

nothing worked basicly, i had to make the folders manualy. only took 30mins and got paid for it. so im happy at the end of the day.
