can you get canvas printers

can you get printers that print pictures onto a2/a3 size canvas sheets?

If so can anyone point in the direction of the manufacture and model number.

OR can you simply buy canvas and special ink and use a normal printer?

HP do a Designjet series of printers which I think will do canvas prints at that sort of size.
