Specs of machine, is this a new install, the 2 questions above, anything particular that triggers the BSOD and is this a new build? Plus anything else you think may be useful.
 
I think it may be OC related - especially as the BSOD doesn't mention any other driver. My nVidia drivers are the very latest.

Have just tested with some changed settings - CPU multi to 45x, and basically everything else set to auto and so far so good.
