Analyzing perfmon files

So I have a ton of perfmon stats from a certain server.

What tools do you use to analyse these? I know there's the windows Performance Monitor tool but i've found it a bit 'hard'.

Do you know of any third party tools for analysing permon outputs?

I tend to use Excel - dump the perfmon out to a csv, bring that into Excel and create nice graphs!

Oh yes, Ive used Log Parser Lizard to analyse en masse so to speak as well.

Just try and get your head around perfmon tbh, it's not a bad tool. The only real issue is that the metric for different counters is different. CPU might be 0 - 100 but Queue depth will be 0 - 1, etc.
