Anarchy in CIV 6 - game wont move on to next turn

I stupidly changed governments to one I had already used - anarchy ensued but now I can't get to end my turn to move on.

Is this a bug - any way out of it, guys?

Yep this is a known bug. I have only ever encountered it once though in over 600hrs of gameplay, so not that bad to be honest. Autosaves each turn sort it out.
