We would like to announce that "And a Curse, and Love, and Betrayal", one of the biggest fan-made adventures for "The Witcher", is available for download. It took us almost three years to finish it.
Our adventure features:

  • 10-12 hours of gameplay
  • 18 new music tracks
  • replayability due to multiple story paths
  • lots of side quests in addition to the main quest

*yoinks*

Have to see how it is. Didn't see much replay value to Witcher itself so tried 1 of the custom campaigns and got slaughtered by a damn plant about 15 minutes in so didn't bother after that.

No idea what this is related to since I'm not much of a gamer. But I just popped in to say that's the worst and possibly most pretentious title for a game/addon I've ever come accross. :)

I'm guessing they're not native English speakers. Often things which seem poetic in one language are strange or banal in others.

For free content which might add life to a game I enjoyed a lot I'll overlook this. :-)

In the middle of playing the Witcher - I'll have a download and give this a go while I'm still feeling the buzz for the game.

Cheers!

No I didn't...

Oh wait... Now I'm arguing... But it's your fault!

I don't want to argue. "Andrew_McP" has an excellent point. I didn't know it was named by non-native English speakers. But nonetheless, it sounds like a cheesy romance novel for the ladies.

Yeh you did. Else you wouldnt have come back into this thread to see how people reacted to your antagonism.

Just to even things out I would like to agree with Van Hellseek and say that that is the most absurd name for a mod I have ever seen.

The mod itself doesn't look to bad however.
