I had a dream last night that girls with really big boobs actually stand a better chance of surviving in a car crash as the breasts act like airbags. I wonder if this is true or not?

No, because breasts naturally have a very high rebound rate and therefore would compress then launch the wearer back in to their seat, almost certainly snapping their vertibrae in the process.

You can buy different internals however and have the set up to suit the wearer, adjustable rebound and sag being the two main variables to take in to consideration.
