Half Life 2

Followed by Portal

The portal lady sang me a song

Was pretty.

hehe, awesome to have that sense of acomplishment, now on to episode 1 and the portal bonus maps!

Congrats! HL2 is prolly the game i've played through the most, it's a great cinematic experience from start to finish.

yup same, about 4 times i'd say, only beat ep1 once i think....maybe replay it before ep2

I've been impressed with EP1 and EP2, EP1 is short but has some good bits, EP2 is excellent so far (think I'm about halfway).

Portal was awesome, really enjoyed it for not taking itself too seriously.

Yep... funny thing was I was actually already thinking ahead and wondering what the next level was gonna be like (expecting a different sort of vehicle section) and then it ended abruptly with a plot twist.

i had saved the game just when you find out you're going on a helicopter and i went to bed

then when i went to resume play the next day, i watched 2 mins of cut scenes, then the credits came up, lol

(i've not put any spoilers in there)

i'd been keeping all my ammo for the decent guns until i really needed to use it!

Played out portal just now, great game.
Btw the ending is being singed by the robot I think, from looking at the lyrics.
Also the gal singing it as actually a guy: in real life, lol

He probably has her mixed up with Jonathan Coulton, who is the songwriter. Ellen McLain provides the voice.

Apparently she does the voice of combine dispatch too. I don't remember this voice but its pretty cool

I wouldnt mind being a voice in a game...

I reckon the Glados voice is probably the coolest in game character ever
