It'll all depend on the OEM if you get 2.2 or not.... There is a reason I went for the Nexus put it that way

At best we'll get a 2.2 complied by Paul from Modaco today, and that seems unlikely

Gingerbread is confirmed for Q4 2010, that says Nexus Two to me, almost exactly a year after the original.

I suspect you will - you got 2.1 as an upgrade, which is better than most

Excited for 2.2, will probably have to root to get it anytime soon though. HTC are crap at releasing updates. Maybe we should start a petition for us Desire users and send it to them?!

Should be a lot sooner than that HTC are probably one of the biggest manufacturers using Android Software
